Returns and Exchanges Policy

FazPaz offers an extended 1 year return and exchange period, providing you the needed flexibility and comfort when making online purchases.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchased item(s), you can return or exchange your merchandise (excluding FINAL Sale items) within 365 days of purchase date.  To qualify for the 1 year return and exchange period, item(s) must be returned in the following condition: 

New, unworn, and unused condition and in the original, undamaged packaging with all tags and stickers intact   


- Return shipping is FREE for addresses originating within the United States on exchanges for the same item in a different size and/or color or for Z Dollars store credit   

- A printable prepaid return shipping label (excludes drop ship orders) will be emailed to you after authorization of your submitted Return Request (RMA) 

- Returns that exceed the 365 day return period or merchandise that have visible signs of wear will not qualify for refund, exchange, or Z Dollars store credit

- Shipping fees for expedited service is not refundable

- Returns with originating addresses not within the United States, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (Canada, Mexico, and Rest of the World)


Exchanging Your Purchase For A Different Size And/Or Color Of Same Shoe Style

Please submit a Return Request (RMA) to receive your printable prepaid return shipping label by email. Once your unwanted item is received, FazPaz will review and process your exchange order within 1 business day.  As soon as shipment is confirmed, an email with your tracking number will be emailed to you and you can expect to receive your exchange within 3-5 business days.  In the event that the item you wish to receive in exchange is temporarily out-of-stock or no longer available, FazPaz will contact you immediately by email or phone for other options agreeable to you. 


Returning For Refund To Original Form of Payment

Please submit a Return Request (RMA) to receive your printable prepaid return shipping label by email.  A restocking fee of $5.95 per item will be deducted from your refund total.  Once we receive and process your return, please allow 1-2 business days for FazPaz to credit the purchase price (minus restocking fee) back to your credit card.  Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days after we credit your card for your refund to post to your account.  If Z Dollars was used to pay for some or all of your order, that Z Dollars amount will be credited back to your Z Dollars account.  Any remaining amount of the purchase price will be credited to your original form of payment.

Avoid the restocking fee by taking your full refund as a store credit to your Z Dollars account.  Remember, Z Dollars never expire and is good towards any FazPaz merchandise.

Please submit a Return Request (RMA) to receive your printable prepaid return shipping label by email.  No restocking fee, never expires, good towards any FazPaz merchandise, and your way of showing support for a company dedicated to the growing wide width footwear market.

Please Note: the value of Z Dollars cannot be transferred into credit card reimbursement or exchanged into any legal tender. 


Additional Information

FazPaz reserves the right to reject returns of merchandise that have been worn, used or damaged by the buyer. Merchandise returned for refund, exchange, or Z Dollars must be in its original condition and in its original packaging, with all tags or stickers intact.  If your unwanted item does not pass inspection, an email will be sent to you stating that your item(s) did not meet the return guidelines and that your return has been denied.  If you would like your merchandise back, please kindly Contact Us within 3 business days of your denied return email and your item(s) will be returned to you provided that return shipping costs have been paid by buyer. Unclaimed items after 7 business days will be disposed of.
