Shoes were beautiful but ran way too tight across the instep. When I messaged the seller they sent me a return label and as soon as they received the product I was issued a refund. Very nice to deal with.

Nice shoe but . . .

As it was noted by a reviewer that the shoe runs small, I ordered an 8.5E when I usually wear an 8w. The shoe was way too big and the return process is somewhat complicated. Even though I am a Prime member I have to pay shipping for the return of two pairs of shoes from this company. My advice is to look elsewhere.
